DELIVERY POLICY 

"Your items should be delivered within 45-60 minute window from the time of order or within a 15 minute window from the requested time if delivery, given normal business and traffic conditions. If this delivery time frame should change, we will notify you as soon as possible. No service charge is applies to all delivery orders within a 12 Km radius. This service charge varies for orders placed beyond the 12 Km radius. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Bhubaneswar Mushkan Fabrics believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 minutes of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our kitchen and they have initiated the process of delivering them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Bhubaneswar Mushkan Fabrics marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Rajo,Durga Puja, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within an hour of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

We have products with detailed specification of  your choice.  Almost every Special Occasion retail store (including ours) has a NO refund/return/exchange/cancellation policy for a couple of reasons...

Since your product is specially ordered with detailed specification that you choose, we cannot use it for other customer and will be disposed. All our products have verified before we process deliver.

We have no control over whether you are selecting the correct product, so no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect products. If the products is somehow damaged during delivery, we will get you a replacement.

If your item is damaged, please call Phone : 0674-6022333,0674-2573560 within 1 hour of receiving the item for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION confirmation. No items will be accepted by our returns department without a return authorization confirmation.
